Our Story

Originally formed in the early 1980's the Mosman Park Ratepayers Association has addressed many local issues over the past forty years, from saving a large section of Buckland Hill from developers’ clutches to early attempts to save Smith's Boatshed Tea Rooms – although this was unsuccessful!

​From a new beginning in May 2022 following a Covid suspension, the officially renamed Mosman Park Residents and Ratepayers Association Inc. has subsequently grown into an influential local community body. 

​

​The committee regularly meet with Mosman Park elected Councillors and administration staff, as appropriate, as well attempting to attend all Council meetings throughout the year.

​

​Members’ meetings are held monthly the day prior (usually the Monday) to the Council's Agenda Forum meeting and members are welcome to attend, to ask questions and to raise their concerns.

​

​Our meetings are held at the Mosman Park Tennis Club, 80 McCabe Street, and commence at 7:00pm.
